Simply mix sharp cheddar cheese together with jalapenos, tomatoes, and a few select herbs and spices to create this fiery dip. This spicy queso is perfect for serving alongside a platter of tortilla chips.

  • 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, ribbed, seeded, and sliced
  • 2-3 Green Onion Stalks, white and green parts only, chopped
  • 1/3 C. Fresh Cilantro, minced
  • 2 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Powder
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 C. Tomatoes, diced

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except tomatoes until well-combined. Spread the cheese mixture evenly along the bottom of an 8x8" casserole dish. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly. Stir in tomatoes before serving.
