  • 3-4 beef steaks, cut into strips
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1 C. beef broth
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 4 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • flour tortillas

In a large skillet, brown beef strips in olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. As strips finish cooking, saute garlic in the same skillet. Transfer beef to crock pot. Sprinkle flour on top of beef strips and in a separate bowl, whisk together broth, fajita seasoning, Worcestershire, and red pepper flakes. Slowly pour broth over beef and cook on high for 4 hours. Assemble fajitas with peppers, tomatoes, and any other preferred toppings.
