  • 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/3 C lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. dill
  • 1 Tbs. paprika
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 C mixed greens

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Season sirloin with salt and pepper. Place on sheet pan and bake for an hour, or until done.

Once cool, cut into cube pieces.

For dressing, combine lime juice, soy sauce and dill.

In a skillet, saute pepper and garlic for 30 seconds. Add beef and cook until peppers are browned.

Place greens in a bowl and add beef mixture.

Add dressing to pan, bring to a boil and drizzle over salad. Serve.
