This unique potato dish is bursting with bold and spicy flavors. The skillet gives the hash a nice char to the outside. Though the horseradish is spicy, the gruyere is the perfect counter with it’s creaminess. This meal is great in the mornings or for dinner.

  • 6 Italian sausage links, sliced
  • 8 red potatoes, diced, peeled and boiled
  • ¾ C. leeks, cooked and sliced
  • 1 ½ Tbs. creamed horseradish
  • ⅓ lb. grated gruyere cheese
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a large skillet on medium high and cook the sausages until they’re browned. Turn the heat up and add in the leeks and potatoes to get them crispy. Toss the hash in the horseradish and top with cheese.
