  • 1 Pound of Hot Italian Sausage
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
  • 2 Minced Cloves of Garlic
  • 12 Ounces of Drained and Diced Roasted Red Peppers
  • ¾ Cup of Spinach
  • 1 Pound of Potato Gnocchi
  • ½ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Pound of White Beans
  • ¼ Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper

To begin, place the sausage, garlic, and onion in a large pot and cook over medium-high heat until the sausage is completely browned. Make sure to drain as much of the grease out of the pot as you possibly can! Next, add in the chicken broth and red peppers and stir it occasionally until it reaches a simmer.

Once it’s simmering, reduce the heat to medium-low and add in the red chili flakes, spinach, white beans, and gnocchi. After everything has continued to simmer for another 7-10 minutes, add in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Continue mixing for another 5 minutes and serve warm!
