  • 1 lb. tilapia (4-5 fillets)
  • 1 Tbs. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil

Spray teflon skillet with cooking spray. Make paste with oil and other ingredients. Rub fillets with paste on both sides and saute on medium high 4 minutes per side.
