  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C. Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 lb. Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 oz. Spaghetti Pasta, cooked and drained

Warm the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until onion is tender and garlic is fragrant. Stir in the tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and salt. Bring tomato mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Let sauce simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and continue cooking, stirring continuously, until shrimp are cooked through. Stir in the spaghetti and serve.
