• 2 8-oz. boxes frozen spinach
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 oz. milk
• 8 oz. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 C. Italian bread crumbs
• 2 Tbs. unsalted butter

Thaw spinach and drain. Place in casserole dish. Heat soup, milk and cheese together until cheese is melted. Pour cheese sauce over spinach. Add salt and pepper, and stir together. Melt butter in microwave. Pour over bread crumbs and sprinkle mixture over top of spinach. Cook in oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
