This twist on tomato soup is the perfect combination of spicy and creamy. The sriracha brings out the flavor of the tomatoes in a way the traditional soup can’t!

Ingredients

  • 2 (28 oz.) cans San Marzano soup
  • 2 C. chicken stock
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • ⅓ C. heavy cream
  • 2 heaping Tbs. sriracha chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Blend the tomatoes and chicken stock. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and saute the garlic. Pour in the tomato blend and then the rest of the ingredients. Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
