Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. ground turkey
  • 4 Tbs. cream cheese
  • ⅓ C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large jalapeno, chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

Season the ground turkey with salt and pepper. Separate the meat into four equal parts. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, jalapenos, shredded cheese, and garlic. Flatten out the patties and put small spoonfuls and in the center and roll them into balls. Smash them back down. Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook the patty for 3-5 minutes on each side until they’re cooked all the way through.
