Ingredients
- 6 cups cabbage, julienned
- 2 cups carrots, julienned
- ½ cup sliced green onion
- ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 Tbs. sriracha
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix the seasonings and sauces in a bowl to form the dressing. Now toss all the vegetables together in a bowl and mix thoroughly with the dressing. Serve immediately.
