Spicy Tuna Casserole

I came up with this as a friend wanted a tuna casserole and I didn't like the sound of the ones in my books. It's pretty and taste great. Nine people tried it and loved it!

  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1 bag pasta (big noodles), cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 C. chopped celery
  • 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
  • 2 1/2 C. cheese (any kind you like)

Mix all ingredients together (except for 2/3 C. cheese) and place in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with cheese and bake for 45 minutes. Serve with salad.
