These have a great spicy taste and I know you would like them better than just regular turkey burgers!

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • one 1-oz. pkg. Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C. day old wheat bread
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Swiss cheese, sliced

Knead all ingredients together to make 4 burgers. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Apply shortening on grill rack with paper towel or a brush, then pre-heat the grill. Grill the burgers until done and put Swiss cheese on top of burgers until it melts. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite fixings.
