Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 C. fresh spinach
  • ½ C. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbs. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, mined
  • 2 tsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt and ground pepper. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Evenly form mixture into four (3/4-inch) thick patties.

In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, feta, dill, garlic and lemon juice. Cover and chill.

Warm grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. Add burgers to grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Place a burger between each bun and top with spinach, red onion and yogurt sauce.
