  • 1 pkg Spanish Yellow Rice
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Yellow Sweet Onion, chopped
  • 5-6 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 4 Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 2 Red Bell Sweet Pepper, sliced
  • ΒΌ cup Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder

Pour olive oil into crockpot and turn onto high
Chop all vegetables and let them simmer in crockpot
Mix butter rice and curry powder together in a bowl
Pour rice mixture over vegetables
