Spicy Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes
- Noodles
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- Texas Pete hot peppers
- Small can tomato paste
Directions
Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil until tender. Do not drain. In separate pan, boil noodles until tender. Drain, add to potatoes. Add tomato sauce and vegetables. If soup is watery, add the tomato paste. Depending on your taste, add the Texas Pete hot peppers. If you do not like a lot of spice, only add the pepper juice. Salt and pepper to taste. I prefer to eat this with cornbread.
