Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 C. heavy cream
- 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) spinach, chopped
- 1 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C. chopped green onion
- 2 C. ranch dressing
- ΒΌ C. parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Then, in a bowl combine the eggs, cream, and ranch. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and put spinach on the bottom of the pie crust; top with carrots, green onions, and mozzarella cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach filling and sprinkle the quiche with parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
