Spinach and Baby Lima Beans

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen spinach or fresh spinach
- 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
- 1 Tbs. parsley
- 1 C. fresh dill
- 1 C. tomato sauce
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dry onion
- 1 C. water
Directions
If frozen spinach is used, defrost the night before. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Saute finely chopped onions. Cut spinach into 2-inch pieces and place all other ingredients in oil. Add tomato sauce and water. Place in pan and cover with aluminum. Bake for 2 hours. Remove aluminum and allow to cook, uncovered, until done.
