  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 lb. feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Pepper, as needed
  • Flour, for dusting
  • 1 pkg. pre-made crescent rolls

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic and pepper

Flour a clean, dry countertop or other flat working surface. Until crescent rolls on surface. Fill with spinach mixture and fold into triangle. Press to seal ends. Flour the top of the dough. Repeat.

Place on a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
