Spinach and Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh spinach leaves torn into bite sized pieces
- 2 large cans (about 8 oz. each) mandarin oranges drained
- 1/4 C. almonds, slivered
- 3 oz. real bacon bits
- 2 eggs hard-boiled and diced
- 1/4 C. green onions chopped
- Dressing
- 1/4 C. dry red wine
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
Toss salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients together. Shake well and serve dressing with salad.
