Spinach and Mushroom Alfredo Spelt
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 qts. water
- 1 1/4 C. Vita Spelt rotini pasta
- 1/4 C. Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo sauce
- 1 C. fresh spinach leaves
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
Bring water to a boil and add the spelt pasta. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, place olive oil in fry pan and saute spinach leaves until
the leaves shrink up and darken. Heat mushroom alfredo sauce up in
microwave or in saucepan.
Pour pasta, spinach and alfredo sauce into a
bowl and mix well.
