Spinach and Shrimp Rice Pilaf
- 1 bag fresh deli spinach
- 1 box Uncle Ben's rice pilaf
- 1 1-lb. bag fresh or frozen cooked shrimp
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese
Cook rice per directions. While rice is cooking, thaw shrimp in cold clean water. Drain and pat dry. Pinch stems from spinach and rinse clean. Shake any extra water off spinach. When rice is cooked, fold spinach, shrimp and cheese into rice.
