Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of spinach
  • ¼ cup of bacon bits
  • 1/3 cup of spinach
  • ¼ cup of canned artichoke hearts, diced and drained
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box of store made pizza dough
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Shape the pizza dough over a baking sheet and create a taller rim on the outer edge of the dough.
In a large pan, add olive oil, artichoke hearts, and the spinach and sauté the spinach until it becomes wilted.
Then transfer the spinach to a single layer of paper towels press some of the oil out and chop the spinach.
Assemble the pizza and add tomato sauce, bacon bits, artichoke, and the cheese. Make sure to spread all the ingredients equally throughout the dough.
Bake the pizza for about 20-25 minutes, or until the crust becomes a golden color.
