Spinach, Artichoke and Feta Dip

This classic party dip is one of the best recipes I've found yet! Serve with pita, crackers or veggies!

1.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. thawed frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 C. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 C. marinated artichokes, undrained

Directions

Place spinach in a small microwavable bowl; microwave on High 2 minutes.

Place feta and pepper in food processor; process 1 minute or until finely chopped. Add artichokes and spinach; process 30 seconds or until well mixed but not pureed.
