I got this recipe from a friend of mine. I tried it at a party she had and just loved it! It's very good as an appetizer; especially around the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 C. pepperidge farm herb seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic porder
  • 1/2 tsp. accent
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 sticks real butter, softened

Directions

Cook and drain spinach very well. Mix all ingredients together. Form into meatball size balls. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees. This makes about 64 the size of a chestnut or slightly smaller than a golf ball. You can make them larger if you like.
