A very tasty side dish, great for company, especially at Holiday times for this makes a "pot full", and doesn't tie up your stove/oven. HOWEVER, when the family gets together, it all goes!! May change American cheese for cheese of choice.

Ingredients

  • 2 10-oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 C. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/4 C. butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 C. American cheese, cubed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into greased crockpot and cover. Cook on low for 3-5 hours.
