Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 10-oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 C. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/4 C. butter, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 C. American cheese, cubed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into greased crockpot and cover. Cook on low for 3-5 hours.
