  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 C. yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 can spinach
  • 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for spinach. Blend well. Place half of meat mixture in 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Place drained spinach on top. Pour remaining meat mixture. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting.
