  • 1 c. of heavy cream
  • 0.2 c. of of milk
  • 3 c. of spinach, chopped
  • 1 c. of Fontiza cheese
  • 0.2 c. of grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 green onion, chopped

Arrange frozen party shells on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the cream, milk, spinach, fontiza cheese, parmesan cheese and green onions. Spend the spinach mixture into the baked party shells. Bake agin until pastries are golden brown and the filling is hot, for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
