This yummy spinach salad makes getting your nutrients easy!

Ingredients

  • one 1-lb. bag fresh spinach
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. vinegar
  • 4 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • one 15-oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 C. pecans, halved

Directions

Rinse, remove stems and break up spinach. Blend next 6 ingredients and pour over spinach. Add cottage cheese and pecans. Toss and serve.
