Spinach Salad with Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients
- one 1-lb. bag fresh spinach
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 3 Tbs. vinegar
- 4 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- one 15-oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 C. pecans, halved
Directions
Rinse, remove stems and break up spinach. Blend next 6 ingredients and pour over spinach. Add cottage cheese and pecans. Toss and serve.
