Spinach Souffle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. bag frozen spinach thawed, drained (squeezed)
- 2 C. low fat cottage cheese
- 1 C, low fat cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbs. onion, shopped
- 4 egg whites
Directions
Mix all ingredients, pour into loaf pan spayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Slice and serve.
