  • 1 lb. spinach
  • 2 C. squash, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese
  • 2 T. parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 2 packages of uncooked dough
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan, sauté the spinach, onions and squash in the olive oil. Add in the dried basil, garlic powder and dried oregano. Remove from heat. Open the packages of the dough and roll them out, separately. Spread the mixture onto one. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Cover it up with the other half. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Slice and serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
