  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C. ketchup plus 1/4-cup used for topping
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 C. breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sage leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 C. fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3/4 C. grated mozzarella

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except spinach and mozzarella. Combine until well incorporated. Transfer meat to a foil-lined countertop and flatten to a 12x6-inch shape. Sprinkle with spinach and mozzarella. Roll meat into a loaf using the edges of the foil for assistance. Transfer to a baking dish, making sure to completely remove foil. Spread with remaining ketchup and bake for one and a half hours. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
