Strawberries, sugar snap peas, red onions, and spinach leaves are topped with toasted almonds and a little Catalina dressing.

  • 1 bag (10 oz.) spinach leaves
  • 2 C. sugar snap peas or pea pods
  • 2 C. sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/2 C. Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • 2/3 C. Catalina Dressing

Place all ingredients except dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; toss lightly. How To Toast Nuts: Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
