Sprinkle a little cheer with these peppermint cheesecake brownies. Not only are they chocolaty but they’re cheesy too.

  • Brownie:
  • 1 package of brownie mix
  • Cheesecake:
  • 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp. peppermint extract
  • Topping:
  • Crushed candy canes

Bake the brownies as instructed on the package in a baking pan, but cut the time in half. You don’t want to bake them all the way through just yet. Meanwhile, combine the cheesecake mixture together and mix it in an electric mixer. Once the brownie is cooked, pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie mixture. Place the baking pan with the cheesecake mixture back into the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the finished dessert. Cut and enjoy.
