  • 1 C. flour
  • ¾ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 2 T. butter
  • ½ C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ T. cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ T. instant coffee
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ C. chocolate frosting, plus more to decorate
  • Sprinkles to decorate
  • Lollipop sticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, dissolve cocoa powder and instant coffee in milk. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla, butter, and sugar. Once combined, add in milk mixture, flour, and baking powder until smooth. Transfer batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool completely before handling. Take cooked cake and crumble into a bowl. Mix in chocolate frosting and for cake into balls. Push in lollipop sticks and decorate!
