  • 3 level gelatine
  • 0.5 c. of soy milk
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 0.2 c. of rum brandy
  • 1 tbsp of sugar

Soak gelatine in water for 5 minutes, use any preferred color. Meanwhile, place soy milk, zest, sugar and rum in a pan and bring to bowl. Stir in the gelatine, and cool for 10 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve.
