  • 4 Pitas
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 lb. Skirt Steak
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Cup Sliced Tomato
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Begin by marinating the meat and chicken with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken and steak up and then cook. Place the chicken and steak on a medium-high heated pan. Add onion and tomato. While this cooks heat up pita for about 1 minute per side. Fill the pita with the steak, chicken, onion, and tomato. Serve with gyro sauce!
