  • 5-6 small yellow potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 rump steaks
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Wash the potatoes and then put them into a bowl with the 1 tablespoon oil, rosemary, 3 cloves garlic, salt and pepper. If the potatoes are relatively big, halve them. Coat the potatoes well and spread them out on the baking sheet. Bake 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are deeply golden. Mix together 1 teaspoon salt, remaining garlic, rosemary and rub the steak with the seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium and melt the butter. Add 1 tablespoon oil, add steaks and season with pepper while cooking for 3-4 minutes o each side, or longer according to preferred doneness of steak. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with potatoes.
