This great classic dish is only made with a couple of ingredients! Perfect for dinner or even as a hearty appetizer!

  • 5 beef patties, uncooked
  • 1 1lb. thinly shaved steak
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 0.5 c. of lettuce
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 0.5 onion, chopped

Fry the patties and onion in the oil until patties are nicely browned, about 4 minutes per side. Remove the beef patties to a plate, and keep warm. Sprinkle flour over the onions and drippings in the skillet. Return patties to the gravy, cover, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Cook thinly shaved steak on both sides, drain steak on paper towel once done. Spread lettuce on the bottom of a hamburger bun, top with steak and burger and cover with a bun. Serve immediately.
