- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash black pepper
- cooking spray
Spread cream cheese on top of flank steak using as much as desired. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over cheese. Roll up flank steak and cut into 1-inch pieces, inserting a toothpick into each one to hold it together. Lay flat side down in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and cover with can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake one hour at 350 degrees or until no longer pink and tender.
Tip: Cream cheese mixed with soup makes a great gravy for potatoes, serve with veggies and your family will love it.
