These oversized sandwiches will satisfy any appetite!

  • 1 lb. chuck steak
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • one 4-oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 4 submarine sandwich buns

Slice steak in thin strips against the grain, then place strips on grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Grill for a couple of minutes, then add tomatoes, and chilies.  Grill for another 2 minutes, then remove meat and veggies from grill.  Coat one side of the sandwich bread with mustard and the other with olive oil.  Place meat mixture inside and serve.

Serve with: Sweet Potato Fries
