  • 1 ½ lb. boneless rib-eye steaks, cut into strips
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • ¼ lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T. ancho chile powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash allspice
  • Dash cloves
  • Flour tortillas
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Cucumber, peeled and chopped

In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, ancho chile powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Rub steak strips with lime juice and evenly coat in spice mix. In a skillet, heat oil until very hot. Cook steak strips 5 to 7 minutes on each side depending on desired doneness. Assemble tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
