  • ¼ C. olive oil
  • ¼ C. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½ T. parsley
  • 1 ½ lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preheat grill to high. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Add shrimp and toss to evenly coat; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Use skewers to thread shrimp onto and transfer to grill. Grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until opaque.
