  • 4 bunched of bok choy
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 T. ginger, minced
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. chicken stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Wash the bok choy and cut the branches in half. In a saucepan, heat the butter, chicken stock, garlic clove, soy sauce and ginger. Once everything is combined add in the cut branches of bok choy. Cover the saucepan for 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Serve over a bed of white rice. Enjoy.
