This is really delicious bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 C. graham flour
  • 3 l/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 l/2 C. sour milk
  • l C. flour
  • l tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • l2 C. dates, cut fine

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, add dates. Add sour milk to dry ingredients. Mix smooth and put into greased tins. Cover and steam for 2 hours.
