A very healthy way to prepare an already healthy vegetable. Simply delicious.

  • 2 bunches of kale
  • White wine vinegar
  • Margarine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wash kale (remove stems if desired). Put in steamer with about 1/2 C. water. Generously douse kale with white wine vinegar. When done (steamed so it's limp looking) dot with margarine. Serve hot.

Yield: 4-6 servings
