Ingredients
- 2 chicken legs
- Kraft zesty Italian dressing
- 5 medium sized red new potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 Tbs. oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Simmer chicken legs in 2 to 3 tablespoons of Kraft zesty Italian dressing until tender. Remove from heat and chop into cubes. Return to pan and add the chopped new red potatoes that have been cut into quarters. Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon each of oregano and basil, 1/2 stick of real butter and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Simmer until potatoes are fork tender. Salt and pepper to taste just before serving.
