Steamed Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 5 basil leaves, cut into thin strips
Directions
Cut tomatoes in half through the stem end. Combine tomatoes and oil to taste in a saucepan. Cover pan and place over low heat. Cook for 10 minutes. Add basil. Serve.
