This simple pasta bake is best served straight out of the oven! Enjoy a piping hot Parmesan Alfredo sauce mixed with tender shrimp and cloud-like gnocchi bites.

  • 1 (18 oz.) package gnocchi, cooked and drained
  • 1-2 C. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 2 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. dried basil

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add cream, garlic, salt, and pepper; bring to a light boil. Immediately reduce heat to a simmer and stir in Parmesan until melted. Simmer for another 5 minutes to thicken. Meanwhile, toss shrimp in olive oil, spread out on a baking sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through. In a baking dish, combine gnocchi, shrimp, sauce, and basil. Bake for 20 minutes also at 400 degrees. Serve hot!
