  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 C. cauliflower, cut in pieces
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1-2 packets brown gravy mix
  • 1 Tbs. bottled minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb. cooked rice

Cook beef, onion, cauliflower and carrot in large skillet. Drain. Mix gravy packet with water. Add gravy to skillet including garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to a boil. Cook and stir until thick. Serve over cooked rice.
